Rotam Heads up Sponsor Line-up at This Year’s AICC Conference
London, UK, January 11, 2012 - Recognising the ideal opportunity to engage with a concentrated group of customers and opinion formers at this year’s AICC conference, Rotam were delighted to be offered the role as main sponsor.
“The AICC Conference has always been a popular event,” insists Sarah Cowlrick, CEO of the AICC. “This year we chose the impressive venue of Twickenham to further enhance our profile in the industry and provide a platform for companies such as Rotam to have the unique opportunity to interface with our agronomists.”
With the AICC membership representing almost 50% of the UK arable advice market, Rotam’s Sales and Marketing Manager Paul Savage believes that the audience shares some key values with Rotam’s philosophy.
“As a relative newcomer to the crop protection market in the UK Rotam is keen to raise its profile and demonstrate that high quality crop protection solutions need not come with a correspondingly high price tag.”
Rotam also had a chance to present to the delegates with James Anderdon, Rotam’s Technical Services and Development Manager for Europe, speaking about delivering agronomic advice Europe-wide.
What’s more, the sponsorship opportunity was a chance for Rotam to launch a competition, offering the winners a trip to China.
“We take great pride in our global facilities,” says Paul, “and this year we wanted to open our doors and give two lucky agronomists the chance to witness the modern, innovative formulation technology first hand. They will also have a chance to take in the sights of a country rich in history and culture as they explore nearby Shanghai.”
In The competition was open to all delegates attending the AICC conference and saw over a third of the attendees taking part. The winners will be drawn later on in the year and Rotam looks forward to welcoming them to China.”
