Employees rate both organizations high in Trust Index

Hong Kong, China, October 12, 2020 -- Rotam CropSciences Limited is proud to announce that its organizations in Argentina and Brazil were named ‘Great Place to Work’ (GPTW) for 2020/2021. The GPTW certification was granted to Rotam Brazil in July and Rotam Argentina in September to recognize their efforts in building an organization with a trusting culture, high performance and one that values innovation. |

For an organization to be certified ‘Great Place to Work’, at least 80% of its employees have participated in a Trust Index survey and has achieved a minimum score of 70 out of 100 in the Index. Rotam Brazil has attained a brilliant score in the Trust Index whereas 90% of employees in Rotam Argentina responded positively to different attributes that their organization has demonstrated, according to the GPTW report.
Such a high Trust Index was a result of many employee engagement efforts led by the local Human Resources teams, with strong cooperation from the top management. Human Resources teams introduced initiatives to encourage collaboration within the organizations and supported employees to put new ideas into actions that delivered results.
