Customer Support Manager

To support and continue the growth of the European region, we are looking for a customer support manager based in Poland with the following key responsibilities:

Technical Product and Marketing Support

  • Provide technical product marketing and customer support in Poland (including distributors & their customers, agronomist, buying groups and key strategic partners);

  • Monitor and report commercial product field performance;

  • Define and implement product support and develop product for launch strategy;

  • Support marketing activities in the production of technical communication to target markets.

Product Development

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating opportunities for new products and development;

  • Manage technical element of LEX and MR to ensure GAP’s are understood;

  • Provide technical lead for allocated project teams.


To achieve these challenging tasks and to grow in the role, Rotam is looking for an experienced professional with the following profile:

  • Diploma in agronomic sector;
  • Professional experience: 5-7 years of experience of market support and product development in agrochemical industry in Poland;
  • Good knowledge of product support and product development procedures with the Crop Protection sector;
  • Awareness of crop husbandry and the communication lines to the official adviser and independent agronomy sector in Poland;
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you are proactive and autonomous. You have the mindset of a Project Manager. You enjoy working in a multicultural environment and want to invest in a changing environment.
