Job Vacancy

The position is based in Hong Kong Corporate Office. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead a team and work closely with countries in Europe, America and Asia Pacific on the timely delivery of financial/ reporting packages with commentary and analysis for the group report consolidation. Besides, you will be responsible for working capital and cash-flow management. Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control and operation review;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on annual budget process and drive process improvement projects;
• Oversee the accounting operations in some emerging markets;
• Provide guidance and coaching to the team members;
• Participate in any other ad hoc projects.

To meet the challenge of this role, you must have:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accountancy with an internationally recognized accounting qualification;
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Finance with at least 5 years at supervisory level in both audit and commercial environment; regional exposure is a must;
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is essential;
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge in ERP system;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment independently.
