Sales Supervisor (based in Goiania or Uberlandia)

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to be based in Goiania or Uberlandia.

  • Involve actively in the entire sales cycle including but not limited to;
  • Appoint distributors & dealers for selling the products of company;
  • Conduct regular follow up with current and potential clients;
  • Review sales performance and payment collection progress;
  • Propose strategies for achieving sales target and business development;
  • Monitor inventory levels and delivery of products;
  • Create and maintain customer database;
  • Record sales and order information and send copies to the relevant parties for handling;
  • Identify new geography and expansion with alignment of portfolio positioning;
  • Perform market development, brand building plus managing extensive field trials, demonstrations, farmers meetings, campaigns, and channel management;
  • Maintain good relationship with external parties;
  • Collate and submit regular reports as per specified formats and timelines;
  • Perform any other duties as required.

Area covered:

  • Goiás, Minas Gerais, Tocantins e Bahia, and the areas covered by the Commercial Representatives.

  • Bachelor degree in Agronomic Engineer;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as Sales Positions in Agrochemical Market, preferable in multinational companies, of which 2 years or above at supervisor level;
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development of Agrochemical Product and strong successful sales network in the State of Parana would be an advantage;
  • Intermediate level of English is a plus;
  • Good command of computer skills.
