Manufacturing
We combine R&D, production and packaging into a synergistic structure.
We link competitive locations for production in terms of raw materials and industrial infrastructure with industry-leading production technology and quality standards (i.e. ISO, GMP).

Our plants operate to the highest environmental standards and are able to meet the stringent toll synthesis criteria set by leading Multinational Companies.

We have an Internal Synthesis R&D team focusing on impurity reduction, yield enhancement and waste water reduction.
Our integrated manufacturing is supported by group companies operating in specialty packaging, surfactants and industrial equipment.

Our Pharmaceutical Division provides benefits and innovation from crossover technology including:

Research & Development
We conduct research & development around all aspects of an existing active ingredient, and we firmly believe that a whole new generation of R&D starts once the molecule product patent expires. Our success in this area includes:

• New Formulations targeted to specific crops/pests/application systems
• Enhanced surfactants
• New Delivery and Application Systems
• Active Isomer Selection
• Impurity Reduction and Exclusion: Phenazines, HCB
• Safe-use packaging: Water soluble packaging for powders and gels
• Extending labels to include new crops based on technical benefits, not marketing ploys of the originator
  

Registration
We have our own registration management and technical teams with wide experience from multinational R&D.  Teams are located in Kunshan, China, along with regional registration and technical teams based in Latin America, EU, North America, Africa and Asia.

The diverse experience within the Group enables us to manage the strictest regulatory environments with registration programs in the most difficult of markets including USA, EU, Brazil and Russia.

Distribution
We sell branded finished products into over 50 countries through a network of strategic partnerships with national distributors and dealers supported by a network of country offices operating across nine regions.

Each regional office is led by a regional director with extensive senior level experience in multinational companies.
